Terms & Conditions — YES8MY Platform Agreement

Welcome to YES8MY. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your use of the YES8MY website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by YES8MY ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you ("User", "you", "Player") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

YES8MY is an online casino and sports betting platform operating under international online gaming licensing and serving users across Malaysia, including players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other states and territories.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

You may create and use a YES8MY Account only if you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out below. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and are not registering for another person.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion, a gambling restriction, or any other prohibition that prevents you from using online gaming services.
• Your use of YES8MY is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• The money you deposit belongs to you and does not arise from unlawful activity.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that no outcome or profit is guaranteed.

Online gambling is not regulated by Malaysian government authorities. Malaysian users are responsible for understanding and complying with laws applicable to them. YES8MY does not provide legal advice and does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in every location.

Each Player may maintain only one YES8MY Account unless the Company gives prior written approval. You must provide complete, accurate, and current registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, Malaysian contact details, and any information required for identity verification.

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, security answers, and one-time verification codes confidential. Activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorised by you unless you promptly notify YES8MY of suspected unauthorised access. You must not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to operate your Account.

YES8MY may reject duplicate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent registrations. Where multiple Accounts are linked to the same person, household, device, payment instrument, or network, YES8MY may investigate and close duplicate Accounts. Legitimate shared-household use may be reviewed individually.

YES8MY supports selected Malaysian payment channels, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and USDT TRC20. Available methods, processing times, transaction limits, and fees may vary according to verification status, account tier, provider availability, and operational risk controls.

• Deposits must originate from a Payment Method held in the same legal name as the Account holder.
• Third-party deposits, cash advances, reversed transfers, and payment instruments obtained unlawfully are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits shown in the cashier at the time of a request will apply.
• YES8MY may request source-of-funds evidence for large, unusual, or high-frequency transactions.
• Withdrawals are normally returned to the original deposit method where technically possible.

E-wallet withdrawals are commonly processed within 5–30 minutes after internal approval, while bank transfers and cryptocurrency payments may take longer. These periods are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may result from KYC review, bank operating hours, payment-provider outages, blockchain congestion, bonus wagering checks, or compliance investigations.

Bonuses, cashback, birthday rewards, referral benefits, free spins, and promotional credits are discretionary offers. Each promotion may have separate eligibility criteria, minimum deposits, game restrictions, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, expiry dates, and withdrawal caps. Promotion-specific conditions form part of this Agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A Player must complete the applicable wagering requirement before eligible bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Bets placed on excluded games, opposite outcomes, low-risk combinations, or otherwise structured to avoid genuine wagering risk may not count towards turnover.

Bonus abuse is prohibited. This includes creating duplicate Accounts, coordinating with other Players, exploiting technical errors, repeatedly claiming new-player promotions, or using irregular betting patterns solely to extract promotional value. YES8MY may cancel a bonus and associated winnings where credible evidence of abuse exists.

A wager becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by the YES8MY system. Players must review the stake, selection, odds, market, and potential return before confirming a wager. Accepted bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled at the Player's request.

Sports wagers, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, and Mix Parlay selections, are settled according to the official result and the market rules displayed when the bet is placed. Obvious pricing errors, incorrectly listed participants, duplicated events, or materially incorrect market information may result in a wager being voided and the stake returned.

Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable game system, certified random number generator, or live dealer result. A disconnection on the Player's device does not automatically void a completed game round. The result recorded by the game server will prevail unless a confirmed platform fault materially affected settlement.

You must not use YES8MY to engage in unlawful, dishonest, abusive, or disruptive conduct. Prohibited activities include:

• Fraud, money laundering, collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation, or financing unlawful activity.
• Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence agents, data scraping tools, or unauthorised software to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, latency, incorrect odds, payment errors, or game malfunctions.
• Using another person's identity, bank account, e-wallet, documents, or payment credentials.
• Attempting to bypass geolocation, age, KYC, self-exclusion, security, or transaction controls.
• Harassing staff or other Players, publishing malicious content, or disrupting live dealer tables and support channels.
• Charging back a valid transaction or making a knowingly false payment dispute.

YES8MY may investigate suspicious activity, restrict features, void affected wagers, withhold disputed funds, close Accounts, and report credible unlawful conduct where required by an applicable authority or licensing obligation.

YES8MY applies Know Your Customer ("KYC"), age-verification, anti-fraud, and source-of-funds controls. You agree to provide requested information promptly and accurately. Typical evidence may include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport; proof of address issued within the previous three months; a selfie holding the identity document; and proof that a Payment Method belongs to you.

Documents must be clear, current, and authentic. YES8MY may use proportionate verification methods to confirm supplied information and may request additional evidence where risk indicators are present. Verification commonly takes 24–48 hours, but complex cases may require longer.

Your Account may remain restricted while checks are pending. Refusal to provide reasonable verification evidence, submission of altered documents, or a material mismatch between registration and payment details may result in withdrawal delays, suspension, or Account closure.

The YES8MY name, logo, interface, written content, graphics, software, databases, promotional materials, and Platform arrangement are owned by or licensed to YES8MY and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game content may remain the property of the relevant licensed provider.

Subject to these Terms, YES8MY grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the Platform for lawful private entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, frame, republish, or commercially exploit any protected Platform material without prior written consent.

YES8MY aims to provide a stable and secure service but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available access. Maintenance, internet instability, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, payment-provider outages, device incompatibility, or events beyond reasonable control may affect Platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YES8MY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost opportunity, anticipated winnings, business interruption, or loss resulting from a Player's failure to protect Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where YES8MY is responsible for an incorrect account settlement, its obligation will ordinarily be limited to correcting the Account balance or returning the affected stake, as appropriate.

YES8MY is intended solely as adult entertainment. You acknowledge that gambling can result in financial loss and agree to play within limits you can afford. Players should never borrow money to gamble, treat betting as income, or attempt to recover losses through increasingly risky wagers.

Available responsible-gaming controls may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, YES8MY will take reasonable steps to prevent access for the selected period. Attempts to bypass an active restriction are prohibited.

A Player may request Account closure through YES8MY support. Before closure, valid outstanding wagers will be settled where practicable, eligible balances will be returned following verification, and any active bonus may be forfeited according to its promotional terms.

YES8MY may suspend, restrict, or close an Account where necessary to protect Players, comply with licensing duties, investigate suspected misconduct, address security risks, enforce self-exclusion, or respond to a material breach of this Agreement. Where lawful and operationally appropriate, the Player will be informed of the general reason.

Closure does not remove obligations arising before termination. Valid payment liabilities, investigations, chargeback disputes, intellectual property restrictions, and provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.

This Agreement is governed by the law applicable under YES8MY's international licensing and operating arrangements, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to a Player. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a claim that YES8MY is licensed or regulated by the Malaysian government.

Players should first raise disputes with customer support and provide their Account identifier, relevant transaction or wager reference, date, amount in MYR where applicable, and a clear description of the issue. YES8MY will review available system records and aim to provide a fair response within a reasonable period.

If a matter remains unresolved, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution through the complaint procedure applicable under the Platform's international licensing context before commencing formal proceedings.

YES8MY may revise these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, security, payment, operational, or product changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an Account notice where appropriate.

You should review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to a revision, you must stop using YES8MY and request Account closure.
